Simple screw steamer of 1122 tons. Built in 1894 by Short Bros., Sunderland, and launched under the name Ella. In 1898 taken into the fleet of the Union Steam Ship Co., and renamed Kini. Dismantled, stripped and towed into Cook Strait, November 1924
