Description: Shows Robert Muldoon as a toy clown flip-toy, being held by a Nigerian. The framework of the toy is inscribed with the words "Commonwealth Games", and "Gleneagles". Published in National Business Review in 1977 Exhibited in 'A Bit of Cheek: The Many Faces of Muldoon' an exhibition organised by the New Zealand Cartoon Archive Trust in association with the Alexander Turnbull Library, late 1992-1994.
