Information on back of print reads: Built 1855 on Korokoro Stream (later the site of Wellington Woollen Mills). Both this mill and Percy's Mill at Percy's Reserve were built by Joseph Percy (1822-1886) - see MS Papers-0005 Percy family and business papers.
