Wises directory of 1890/91 lists a printer called Angus McCurdy, working at Featherston Street, Wellington. Wises directory of 1892/93 lists a James A McCurdy, printer of Karori. The electoral roll of 1890 lists Angus John McCurdy living in Tinakori Road (ie very close to Lewisville Street).
