Bootmaker with premises in Manners Street, Wellington in 1907. He was born at Taita, Lower Hutt, son of Robert and Ellen Edwards (née Dodsworth). Married Ellen Pickers ca 1875. Buried in family plot in Bolton Street Cemetery, Wellington. Survived by his wife, 3 sons and 5 daughters
