Description: The prime minister, John Key, drives a car, registration number 'GOVT 1', through a slalom course of road cones marked 'polls', 'road safety' and 'votes'. He asks his co-driver, Gerry Brownlee, if the car has made the course. Gerry Brownlee replies 'Yep! Just a little nudge...' as the car glances off the 'road safety ' cone. On 4 November 2013 Cabinet agreed to lower the legal blood alcohol limit from 80 to 50 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood for drivers aged over 20 years. Polls suggested that public support for the lower level has been high. Despite which, the fear of losing votes had caused the government to delay this decision for several months. Quantity: 1 digital cartoon(s).
