Description: Mostly images of three Maori girls in traditional dress next to a pool, some showing them combing their hair and looking in a mirror. Also includes two copy negatives: one of Bella Papakura and a man giving a dramatic address to Maori onlookers outside a carved house and the other of two elderly men outside a carved house being approached by two women and captioned "The Story Tellers". There are also two images of ploughing with a team of six horses; a group of people outside a house; and a pool in the bush (these last four may not be connected to the others).
