Pattrick, Anne, 1881-1937

Plunket nurse, nursing administrator. Daughter of Joseph Laughton Pattrick and Mary Pattrick (née Dennis). She was the first director of nursing for the Plunket Society. After her death a memorial fund was established, supported by donations from around the world, and a library for nurses specialising in infant health was opened in 1941. Hilda Wiseman made a bookplate for the Anne Pattrick Memorial Library in 1943. See DNZB (Vol 4, 1921-1940, p400-401, P5)
