Source of title - Supplied title Bowie was associated with the setting up of the Auckland Repertory Theatre in 1937 and was a regular producer of plays in Auckland in the late 1930s, and 1940s. During the 1950s he moved to Wellington and produced plays for Unity, Stagecraft and the Wellington Repertory Theatre.
