Robinson, Irene, 1908-2001

A poet; mother of Fleur Adcock and Marilyn Duckworth. First wife of Cyril John Adcock (1904-1987). Adcock joined the Ambulance Service during the war in England. Began writing ca 1939. Founded the New Zealand Poetry Society in 1973.
