Description: Each of the four posters is headed with a decorative picture. The names of the shows are: "French without tears!", "Cottages and castles", "Troubadour programme", and a composite one showing both the second and third show. Two of the posters were printed in Auckland, and one show was given at Lewis Eady's Hall, Auckland. The Joan and Betty Rayner Strolling Players appear to have visited New Zealand after their New York tour of 1928, and after the Theatre of Youth closed in Sydney. Using a perpetual calendar, the date Thursday 3rd March mentioned on one NZ poster, would fall in 1932. Quantity: 4 colour photo-mechanical print(s) on posters.
