Below are other retaining walls, and a row of tall houses along a river which has a bridge and weir further up stream. The railing of another bridge is in the immediate foreground. According to Wikipedia, 8 June 2009, the Pont de Louvain spans the railway line in Namur, but the line is not obvious in the sketch which seems to show that the near bridge may also be spanning a river.
