Cherniavski, Leo, 1890-1974

Ukrainian-born violinist who toured with his brothers from 1901 onwards. In 1905 the family emigrated to Austria. He acquired Canadian nationality in 1922, and in the 1930s moved to Australia. The brothers toured New Zealand as part of a British Empire tour in 1908.
