Description: Shows three frames illustrating unrelated topics. The first frame is titled '250LB obsolete bombs exploded.' Shows two women having a cup of tea while road works involving a jack hammer are going on outside. One of the women says, 'Thunderstorms, hailstorms, earthquakes, bomb explosions... what next??' The second frame is titled 'Mr Nash away off on trip.' Walter Nash is travelling so quickly between countries that he is just a blur. The final frame is titled 'Enrolments rolling in for Percy Cerutty course.' Shows a man who is sweating after mowing the lawn with a push mower. He is holding a piece of paper which reads 'Motor mowers from [GBP]39 to [GBP]65'. Description: Shows three frames illustrating unrelated topics. The first frame is titled 'Move to have names painted on schools' and shows a young boy painting 'Bert loves Mary' on a wall. The next frame pictures the North and South Islands and reads 'Mr. Baudier - French Ambassador to NZ, says South Island is 'very nice' and 'seems much more continental than North'. That's surprising because it often seems that, up north, they don't give a continental for the South.' The final frame is titled 'Spring!' and shows a man lying in a hammock and listening to a sports match on the radio instead of mowing the lawn.
