The two runners are annoyed that a group of runners has thrown an official into the water trough. In the background an Italian family watch the disturbance from their window. The frame is titled, 'We don't hear so much, lately, of 'Do It Yourself'' and the woman is saying, 'Perhaps they're all like my George - gone back to 'Who-Done-It'!!' The final frame is titled 'Another increase in meat prices!' It shows a man eating grass in a paddock while batting away a cow.
