In 2002, it joined with Clydemore Primary School and Bairds Intermediate School to become Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate (see 'Auckland scrapbook, September 1969 - November 1969 p 90 Auckland Library ID 78148; 'First Day at Otara College', South Auckland Courier, 2/2/1966).
