Australian and New Zealand retail bank which merged into the Bank of New South Wales in 1982, to form Westpac.

Auckland branch - Situated in Shortland Street in 1914 and in Queen Street in 1918 (NZ Post Office directories, 1914 & 1918)

Hastings branch - Corner of Queen Street East and Russell Street North, Hastings. Constructed between 1932 and 1933.

Wellington branch - Building at 328-330 Lambton Quay, where Featherston Street joins it, built 1936.
