Pulley, Charles Francis, 1867-1948

Contractor of Wellington; signed covenant with E C Mills. (For his dates and further information see:: http://www.familytreecircles.com/the-family-of-frances-mary-pulley-new-zealand-41728.html). Owned 'Homewood' from 1925 when he began subdividing. In 1932 Benjamin and Lucy Sutherland took ownership of the remaining two acre house section. (See www.heritage.org.nz/the-list/details/1368). Charles Pulley was a client of photographer Robert Percy Moore.
