Description: A drunk man is taken by a policeman to the Dept of Inland Revenue, where he is asked to fill out an intake return. This is assessed at 60% extraction accordinto the official who holds a large syringe and a bottle full of blood. Many months later, the man receives a letter from the Department saying they extracted more than they should, and he can redeem the enclosed cheque at any blood bank. Quantity: 1 original cartoon(s).
