Hoggard, Noel Farr, 1913-1979

Journalist, printer and author of Wellington. Edited, printed and published various small literary magazines, including `Spilt Ink' (later called `New Triad'), and `Arena', as well as other local newspapers, including Paraparaumu Weekly Press (1935), Upper Hutt Advocate (1935-1937), Pukerua Bay news (1947-1950). Between 1947-1948, printed the first 9 issues of Tawa Tatler, Tawa Flat's first newspaper, published and written by his sister Roma Muriel Henden and her husband Albert Frederick (Jack) Henden.
