Underneath the hat the man has a coloured sticker and the barman is refusing to serve him because it isn't his day. He is telling the other man that there will be "no more sessions down at the local" as "Marilyn" has made a decision on his drinkless day. In the lower right two men are drinking and one has two stickers on his head. He tells the other that one is a drinkless day sticker and the other is sticking plaster where his wife hit him for trying to avoid drinkless days.
