Photographs taken by Jocelyn Carlin of Te Roopū Manutaki at Hoani Waititi Marae, 1996. Shows views of men practising taiaha inside the wharenui of the marae. Women are seen holding mere pounamu and wearing piupiu with poi tucked in at their sides.
