Two letters addressed to Jock McEwen dated 20 November 1963 and 07 December 1964. The first letter by W.J. Phillips discusses the return of East Coast photographs and manuscripts to the Dominion Museum. The second letter by Dave Simmons of the Otago Museum discusses the provenance of a Māori carving purchased at a sale in Maheno, North Otago.
