G. Collins" (circa 1951); newspaper clippings (circa 1951); and brochures for home wares, including the WonderHeat space heater (circa 1951).

Also includes a letter from Douglas Lilburn to Richard and Barbara Collins regarding the future of the house as a potential arts residency, 22 November 1995.
