New Zealand Prime Minister Robert Muldoon is looking dazed and confused as he holds a piece of paper in one hand that says “South Pacific Festival Costs $400,000 $650,000” and in the other his briefcase which is labelled “P.M & Min of Fin”. Dollar signs are floating around him and a dog is running away whilst saying “Beware the ides of March”. Captions reads “The morning after – spots before the eyes”.
