A newspaper clipping is pasted to the cartoon which has the title of "Putting hill back in Garden Place" which relates to Kelvin Langley, a Hamilton Jaycee member who wishes to put a hill back in Garden Place. The cartoon shows a man dressed in Middle Eastern attire standing at a bus stop. There is also a rhyme which reads: "If the hill won't come to Garden Place please don't make a fuss; Like Mohammed, you can go to the mountain - but, of course, you'll take the bus!".
