This series started with some demo recordings he made after 6 months of teaching himself folk guitar. "Track 2 (Your Fair Face) and Track 4 (Swallow Song) composed by Stephen Riddell. Track 1 (The Times They Are a-Changin') uses Bob Dylan's lyrics and some of his tune, though it has been substantially rearranged. Track 3 (The Two Magicians) is based off of A.L. Lloyd's anglicisation of the Scots ballad 'The Twa Magicians' though I've reworked the tune and lyrics a bit.Track 5 (The Elfin Knight) is an anglicisation I've performed on the Scots ballad of the same name with a different lyrical emphasis to the original and a tune I composed myself"--Publisher information.
