Pen and ink and watercolour on pre-printed Department of Lands and Survey land transfer form.
Stamp duty stamp, value two shillings and six pence, attached. Initialed and dated 20/7/01 by surveyor.
Accompanied by: Surveyor's description. 1 sheet. Traverses of boundaries marked Fifeshire Island, city of Nelson, section 1099. 1 sheet. Traverses of native section 50, city of Nelson. 1 sheet, signed by F.I. Ledger, dated June 18th 1903.
