The panel on the right, titled 1995 East Timor, shows two New Zealanders in Air Force uniform standing by as Indonesian soldiers shoot at local East Timorese. One of the soldiers says "Thank you, Kiwis, for supporting our fascist regime ...". May refer to riots in East Timor between September and October 1995, and the subsequent criticism of Indonesian authorities by Amnesty International.
