Memorandum shows the decorative school letterhead, and a typed announcement of the committee meeting to be held on 17 September 1917 at the Secretary's Office, 39 Johnston Street. Signed by the secretary J L Arcus. On the verso are handwritten recipes for coconut ice (Mrs McGinty's recipe) and Turkish delight.
