Photograph taken by an unidentified photographer circa 1910-1920s showing a high angle view of ponga trees and ferns in the back gardens of two storey villa houses located on a steep slope. Two women are visible in centre of frame, standing and looking up at the gardens. Corrugated iron fences and wooden steps divide the properties on the slope.
