Separately printed extract from a newspaper, previously owned by Kenneth Athol Webster. Relates to a court case involving Pohuka Hapuku and others v Smith and others, relating to the Native Land Court subdivision of blocks in Waimarama, Waipuka and Okaihau in Hawke's Bay; and also a case involving Wi Parotene, Noa Huke and others v Smith and others, relating to the Native Land Court subdivision of land.
