Shows two Japanese emergency services personnel fighting a fire at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. One notes that they need more "men with fatalistic courage who will knowingly tackle a doomed mission", to which the other responds "Yes - it's a pity Phil Goff's busy". Relates to the 2011 General Election Campaign, in which Goff was the leader of the Labour Party, as well as the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster.
