- Blue Bird, 18 year old Alexander Grant and 17 year old Joy Smith. Teacher Jeane Horne

- Dorothy Daniels and Joy Smith. Joy Smith (13 years old, Solo Seal, 1941) youngest in Australia and New Zealand to obtain her Solo Seal.

Copy of newspaper clipping from 'Evening Post' enclosed with biographical information on Joy Smith of Wellington with portrait of the dancer at the age of 13.
