A certificate on light card, certifying that the person named has attended divine service regularly during the year. There are six shield shapes on to which a sticker for each of six years can be placed. The certificate is illustrated with native birds and flora: tui, kowhai, manuka, fern, clematis, daisy, and the border shows a Maori-inspired design. At the lower edge, is the Biblical quotation: "I was glad when they said unto me Let us go into the house of the Lord".
