Inscriptions: 05 Ovalau, Lovoni. Familie op weg naar de waterput. 06 Ovalau, Lovoni. Sommige hutten hebber prachtige aangeledge tuinen rondom. 07 Fiji - Ovalau eiland. Nederzetting Vuma. Baby met lei (slinger) van Bua bloemen. 08 Ovalau, Lovoni. Een dorpje in een uitgedroogde vulvaan - krater. Baden in de rivier. 09 Ovalau, Vuma. Een kookpan wordt geschuurd met zand op het strand. 10 Suva, Fiji. Jonge man van het eiland Bua, die in afzondering zich heeft voorbereid op de vuur dans-ceremony over gloeiend hete stenen. 11 Suva, Fiji. Preparatie voor de vuurdans. Het vuur wordt hoog gestookt om de stenen goed heet te maken. 12 Suva, Fiji. Schoolkinderen doen mee aan de dansen op het Hibiscus Festival een jaarlijks terugkerend event.
