Shows Bono from U2 on stage while Auckland City Mayor Dick Hubbard is in the front row of the concert holding his hat out for a hand out. Other concert revellers look at Hubbard in disgust. Bono tells Hubbard that he knows what his ratepayers mean when they say that they want a stadium built 'pro bono'. Refers to the development of a stadium in Auckland.
