Bronze medal in original case. Made by John Pinches for Royal Academy of Music. Awarded to Elsie Betts in 1921 for achievements in pianoforte.

Obverse features portrait of Apollo in profile with harp. Reverse features wreath of laurel leaves with text around edge "Royal Academy of Music Instituted 1822" and engraved in centre "Elsie Betts Pianoforte 1921".
