Homestead on the Port Hills of Nelson lived in by Captain Malcolm Matthew Moncrieff and his wife Perrine, for about 40 years. Demolished about 1970. Also known as "The Rocks". (Listed this way by R P Moore on a panoramic negative of the house taken circa 1920s).
