- Description
Photograph taken by Green & Hahn, and collected for 'Making New Zealand: pictorial survey of a century' book, probably in 1936. Shows a group portrait of the jockeys who competed for the Duke of [Gloucester?] Cup in Canterbury. The cup trophy is sitting on the ground in front of the winning jockey [probably G James]. On reverse is pasted on typescript caption, and inscription reading '2390 mnz 1/4 [no neg]'
