Letter to Tiemi [James Perrott] from Hori Karaka Kohe and Pare, written from Motueka, 27 August 1900.
The letter relates to Tiemi’s request for a section of land for cultivation [including growing potatoes] at Waiharakeke [probably the area near Awaroa, but Blenheim is also known as Waiharakeke]. A postscript informs Tiemi that some suitable land has been secured for this purpose, and that Hori will be able to send him some seed potatoes.
