He reta ki a Tiemi nā Hori Karaka Kohe, i tuhia i Motueka, i te 3 o Hurae, 1895.
Letter by Hori Karaka Kohe to Tiemi [James], dated Motueka, 3 July 1895.
He mentions going to the Land Court in Porirua on 26 June, then going to Waiharakeke [probably the place near Awaroa, but Blenheim is also known as Waiharakeke]. On page two, Hori asks Tiemi to pass on greetings to Hata Pira and his wife [possibly Hadfield?], and page three is addressed to Kemara. The letter contains many Christian sentiments.
