Children, and two women with babies at a beach in Whangarei Harbour. The women are sheltering behind a wind break, and in frames 11 & 12 a young boy is leaning over the wind break to play with one of the babies. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
