- Description
All images taken at Ohaeawai. Two Māori men are sweeping stones from the street outside the Ohaeawai Hotel (frames 1, 2 & 4). Another man is holding a "Stop/Go" sign, directing traffic (frames 5, 7, 8 & 12). Another man is sitting outside a dairy smoking a cigarette (frame 9), and a white fabric is being laid on the road, possiby for lane marking (frames 8 & 12). Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
