All images show people during demonstrations against the Springbok Tour gathered near the Wellington City Public Library. The participants are seen in close-up views with Ans Westra focusing on one young girl with her arms tightly wrapped around her mother, cuddling into her (frames 1 to 6). Several men and women are standing, listening, with the Dominion Building visible in the background (frame 7). Two young boys, one with his face painted black and white are seen in frames 8 to 12). Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
