- Description
Frames 1 to 3 were taken during an art exhibition at the Pipitea Marae. They show a woman and a child standing in front of a large carved panel on the wall behind her (possibly by Cliff Whiting); and frames 2 & 3 show a young man standing outside smoking a cigarette, wearing overalls, dreadlocks and a beret. [Ans Westra has also focused on him in reference number AW-2167, frames 6 and 8 to 12]. Frames 4 to 8 show two Māori women standing outside, possibly in the grounds of a school in Karori. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
