- Description
Frames 1 to 10 show Māori men plating up food, possibly at a poukai (Kīngitanga ceremony) at Tūrangawaewae (Identified from previous images at AW-1998 showing part of the wharenui). They show men cutting meats, probably including chicken and pork, and ladling out a vegetable (possibly puha). Frames 11 & 12 show women and children waiting to be served the food at trestle tables. Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
