All images taken on an open day in the grounds of Homewood, the residence of the British high commissioner in 1980. A man is whipping up candyfloss in the Croquet Pavilion summer house, with a queue standing at the window (frames 2 to 4). A Māori woman wearing a korowai (cloak with twisted thrums, and a tipare (head band) is seen in frames 6 to 9. A man is selling copies of a Māori magazine (in which there is an article "Day care campaigner. Sue Jackson"). Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
