- Description
All scenes were taken in an unidentified classroom, possibly a playcentre or a kindergarten, with preschool aged children playing with blocks, learning how to use a vise and saw a piece of wood, and painting. Many images show mothers helping their children (frames 1, 4, 5, 7 & 12). A Māori child is sitting on a chair with a large sheet of paper draped over a board with the words of a Māori song printed on it (frame 3). Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
