All scenes taken at the opening of urban pan-tribal marae, Glen Eden, Auckland on 19th April 1980. They all show men, women and children attending the opening, with close-up views of indiviuals in many of the images. One image shows a group of dignitaries standing in front of the wharenui (frame 8). Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
